For most experiences it is necessary to setup what they call room scale VR. For room scale VR to be effective we need a minimum of 10ft x 10ft. For the non-room scale experiences we only need 5ft x 5ft. It will take 15-30 minutes for me to setup the VR and 15-30 minutes to tear down the VR. Please plan accordingly. Also keep in mind that for most experiences you will want a minimum time of 10-15 minutes per person. Any less then this can be annoying. So please factor the amount of people into your time selection for VR.
